I have made a number of gifts in the last month and posted them but wanted to do a few small things as Hostess gifts.
The first one is a mason jar of my tomato sauce that I usually give to friends at Christmas. I decided to make the jars a little more fancy and added the grey chevron material from the sparkle and shine set of materials that I had ordered from the Holiday mini guide.
I wrapped our red chevron ribbon and finished it off with the rose from the base and bling jewels z1893 .

I also made a hair clip for my grandaughter using the red and green material pieces also from the sparkle and shine set. Her hair is too short to clip it onto but she has some headbands that I can attach it to.

I then stamped some gift bags and tissue paper with the snowflake stamp set from the Frosted card kit . I will be putting my jars of tomato sauce in these bags . I made 10 bags .

Finally, I decided to make on the holiday trees to give to my daughter for her Christmas eve dinner that she is hosting. Thought these would look nice on the food table. I used some retired papers but mixed with our Sparkle and shine paper. I used a Foundry clip to hold the snowflake and go through the top three layers so that the tree was a little more sturdy. I used the Cricut Artiste cartridge to make the accordian circles. Really not hard to do these especially when the folds are already there from the Cricut Artiste Cartridge cuts.

Well that's all for now.Gonna finish wrapping my other 9 jars and do a few more hair clips !

Your next stop on the Cross Canada Hop is " Cheryl" of " Scrapper Cheryl".

If you get lost along the way, you can head to Michelle's blog as she has the complete blog list.

Thanks for hopping along with us - we hope we were able to inspire you to get creative using some of the designs, products and techniques seen along the way. Join us again in the New Year when we will be featuring some of the products that will be retiring, so if you see anything you would like to create, this could be your last opportunity to purchase them.  We hope you will join us again on January 15th, 2014.
